Perfectly laid out for parties of any size and caliber, the Ricoh Coliseum has a capacity of up to 9,000 but can also accommodate a small party of 250 while still offering a small intimate feel. There is easy access to ice throughout the building and the facility boasts many different areas to accommodate your party’s specific size and needs.

Cost: $5000 (CAD) + GST

Includes:
- 250 people on the ice - 1 hour to set up - 3 hours of ice team - Party area - Use of wireless microphone - Music of your choice on ice and party areas	- 1 ice cleaning - 1 EMS attendant - Marlies Alley set up - Skate change areas - Security - use of score clock

The West Annex is a large, safe area that allows for numerous activities to occupy children and adults alike such as:

- Craft Tables
- Cookie Decoration Tables
- Sports Games
- Tables and furniture for food and relaxation
- Inflatable are an option as part of your rental package

Attached to the West Annex is the Club Concourse that leads directly to the ice and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere featuring a concession and a bar area. The Ricoh Coliseum enjoys partnerships with organizations that specialize in party needs to make your event distinctive and spectacular. Discuss ideas with your event coordinator to ensure a unique, individualized experience.

Ricoh Coliseum reserves the right to cancel this ice time at anytime
- NO PEGS will be provided for the nets
- All clients must forward event insurance certificate prior to event date
- NO outside Food & Beverage (this includes ALCOHOL) is permitted inside Ricoh Coliseum
- Ricoh Coliseum is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. You are able to bring in your own padlocks for the dressing rooms
- Each event is provided with 1 hour of set up time and 1 hour of tear down time after the event
- All Children 12 and under must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet

- Payment does not guarantee your ice time session and will be refunded if cancelled

- PAYMENT IN FULL and signed Deal Memo are required before the event date
