In order to book an event, or find out available dates at Ricoh Coliseum, we require that you fill out our Promoter Application found on page four of our Event Promoter Guide
Please fill out the Promoter Application in its entirety, and fax back to Event Services at 416-263-3901.
Please ensure all information is correct as you will be contacted upon receiving your application.
Come skate like a pro at Ricoh Coliseum!
You can skate on the same ice as your favourite Marlies players with Ice Rentals at Ricoh Coliseum. With your rental package of an hour of ice time, you will also receive:
- Two dressing rooms (with showers)
- Two hockey nets
- Use of the score clock (advance notice is required)

Ricoh Coliseum can also be rented out for private skating parties.
Each package is based on a maximum attendance of 250 and includes:
- Three hours of ice time
- Music of your choice for the duration of your party
- One flood/ice resurfacing
- Event staff ticket takers and on-ice skate marshals
- Emergency medical technician on-site
- Building operations staff
- Ricoh Coliseum Event Coordinator
Skating parties are generally booked four weeks in advance and subject to availability.
